We read everything and reply where a reply is useful — usually within a few working days, New Zealand time.
Worth writing about
- Bugs. A game misbehaving, a stuck balance, a layout falling over on your device. Tell us the browser and what you were doing, and we'll chase it.
- Errors in the text. If a paytable, a probability or a rule reads wrong, we want to know quickly — see how corrections work.
- Accessibility. If a control can't be reached by keyboard or a screen reader stumbles somewhere, that's a bug and we treat it like one.
- Opinions on the games. Too stingy, too generous, too slow? Genuinely useful to hear.
What we can't help with
We don't sell coins (nothing on this site is for sale), we don't run promotions or partnerships, and we can't recover a balance after you've cleared your browser data — coins live only on your device. And because we're not a gambling service, we can't advise on real-money gambling beyond pointing to the support services listed on every page.
